Omar is an experienced procurement and supply chain management professional with a proven track record in leading successful teams and operationalizing category plans. He is a practitioner of strategic sourcing using advanced tools, techniques, and methods that drive demand-side, supply-side, and total-cost optimization.
Omar’s experience extends to other source-to-contract lifecycle disciplines, including category management, strategic sourcing, commercial negotiations, contracting, and contractor performance management. He has worked across various industries, including energy and utilities (E&U), healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and CPG.
Omar is a graduate of Cleveland State University, where he earned his MBA and B.S. He holds several certifications, including Kaizen Leader and Lean Six Sigma. In his free time, Omar enjoys reading, weight training, and exploring museums and historical sites.
Stuart has over seven years of experience in procurement focused on large-scale procurement transformations. His areas of expertise include opportunity assessments, strategic sourcing, organizational change management, procurement transformation, and procurement technology implementation. Stuart emphasizes bottom line results while also building efficient processes that drive value for clients.
Prior to Forti Solutions, Stuart developed his expertise through multi-year transformation projects for Fortune 500 clients with global footprints. His industry experience includes chemical processing, financial institutions, industrial manufacturing, maritime, and utilities.
Stuart holds a bachelor’s degree in Management from Purdue University. Stuart enjoys travelling as well as watching soccer and playing golf.
